Content Marketplace Introduction

Utilize the Content Marketplace to search through and purchase a selection of curated content offerings to meet your specific firm's content needs.

What is Content Marketplace?

The Content Marketplace is your firm's catalog of all content offerings available through LCvista's direct partnerships with leading providers, including both CPE and non-CPE content. You can browse the content catalog and either submit an inquiry to work directly with our teams or take advantage of our new self-service purchase functionality, allowing you to complete transactions directly through the marketplace. We will continue to add more features and enhancements in upcoming releases.

Who has access to the Content Marketplace?

All firms have access to the Content Marketplace, with specific individuals automatically granted access if they hold the Default Administrator role. Users without the Default Administrator role can be granted access through the direct assignment of the Marketplace Transactions Admin role via the Custom Roles tab in an individual’s People profile. Without explicit access being granted, only your Default Administrators will have access to the Content Marketplace.

How do I access the Content Marketplace?

Once you have ensured you have the appropriate role assignment, you can find the menu option for the Content Marketplace at the bottom the navigation menu at the left side of the page. 

Request a Custom Quote

At the top of both the library page and within the individual product details page, you'll find a button labeled "Request a Custom Quote". When you click this button, your information, along with the specific product details if viewing a product, will be shared with the appropriate LCvista Sales team member who will reach out within 3 business days to provide you with specific pricing and more detailed information about the offerings available. 

Self Service Purchases

We’re thrilled to introduce a new feature that allows Administrators accessing the Marketplace to purchase content directly within the platform. You can now select seat counts and add products to your cart from both the catalog table view and the product details page.

Additionally, the table view page supports multi-select, enabling you to add multiple products to your cart at once.

Fulfillment 

 

The fulfillment process will vary depending on the purchase route you choose:

  • If you work directly with our sales team: Fulfillment will be processed after your transaction is completed. Your account representative will provide a specific timeline, which may vary based on the size and contents of the transaction.

  • For self-service transactions: Your content will be fulfilled nearly instantaneously and will be available within your site. For larger transactions, please allow up to 15 minutes for fulfillment.

Regardless of the purchase route, content will appear on the Manage Training page with a source column value of "Purchased."
