What will be available with this new release?

In the next few weeks, we will be releasing a revised workflow for creating Evaluations.

This project’s focus is on the admin creation of an evaluation template and supporting reports. Note, the process to associate an evaluation to a particular session, and the way it is distributed to a professional, will be unchanged with this new functionality.

Please see below for a list of features included in this upcoming release!

Evaluation Form:

  • Access to create the following question types: multiple choice (single), rating scale (option for multiple), open ended

  • The ability to add text to prepend, or append, context to any section of the evaluation

  • Access to make a question required

  • Access to repeat a question per instructor

  • Ability to duplicate a question, and duplicate an evaluation template

  • Ability to adjust the order in which the questions are displayed

  • Access to upload a banner-style logo

  • Visibility to session specific details on the form itself, including session name, relevant dates, instructors, delivery method

Bulk Uploads & Notifications:

  • access to modify the evaluation template associated to sessions in bulk, using a new unique Evaluation template ID
  • continued access to filter an evaluation notification to evaluation template(s)

Reports:

  • Access to review all user responses per evaluation, across sessions

  • Access to evaluate instructor-specific feedback, with a way to filter by instructor(s), and by session(s)

  • Access to see how many evaluations were sent and responded to for a particular session, along with exposure to how (by # or % ) professionals responded to each question

  • Visibility to see individuals who have/have not responded to an evaluation through existing session reports

Official documentation to come, stay tuned!

What will change with this new release?

When the new version 2 functionality is officially released and available, firms will only have access to create a new evaluation template in the new framework.

Access to create a new evaluation template in the historical version 1 design will not be available.

Additionally, while firms will have continued access to preview, or delete, a historical version 1 template, the ability to modify will not be available.

If firms must make an adjustment to a historical version 1 evaluation template, changes should be made before the week of April 8th 2024.

What access do I have to my historical version 1 evaluation templates?

Firms will only have access to create evaluation templates in the new framework. You will not have access to create new templates in the historical version 1 design.

Firms will only have access to preview templates created in the old version 1 framework. You will not have access to modify any historical evaluation templates. Administrators will have continued access to delete templates, should they wish to do so.

Retiring v1 historical templates

Lastly, as this new functionality is built upon a new framework, we will be retiring the historical version 1 functionality at the end of July 2024.

Up until July 2024, we will continue to support the following access to the historical version 1 Evaluation workflow:

    1. Access to associate a version 1 evaluation template to a session

    2. Access to filter an evaluation email to a version 1 evaluation template(s)

    3. Access for an administrator to successfully send an evaluation and for professionals to successfully submit feedback for existing version 1 evaluation templates

    4. Note: reporting on historical version 1 evaluation templates will remain available and will continue to be available after the version 1 functionality is retired.

After July 2024, we will no longer support the evaluation link to historical version 1 templates. Should a professional access an old link to respond to a version 1 template, they will be met with a message indicating that the form is no longer available.
