Summary
LCvista is a cloud based SaaS solution. All access to the tool is over standard HTTPS protocol. We provide set-up, support, product development and implementation to our clients on an ongoing basis. All updates to the software, monitoring and storage are included in the license fees for the product. It is our goal to provide continuous product improvement while maintaining minimal disruption to workflow and availability.
This document covers the client requirements for using LCvista products as well as the LCvista technical service level standards.
Client Requirements
Clients must at a minimum have the following:
- Internet Browser IE 11+ or the latest version of desktop Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and/ or Safari.
- Desktop browser width of 940+ pixels
LCvista Commitment
LCvista will provide at a minimum the following:
- 2-week notification for scheduled downtime over 5 minutes
- Flexible and frequent release schedule for upgrades
- Open API access for client and authorized third party integration
- Commercially reasonable efforts to make the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for scheduled maintenance, urgent security updates and causes beyond the direct control of LCvista
Technical Support Description
LCvista offers comprehensive support for your professionals, your administrative team and your technical team including but not limited to the following:
- Password Resets and Login Assistance
- Assistance in site navigation
- Industry specific compliance rule and certificate support
- Virtual administrative training
- Technical troubleshooting for SSO, API and other integration applications

Content Marketplace Orders
LCvista Content Marketplace orders placed via the product are available immediately. Orders placed via a contract addendum/ invoice will be fulfilled within 3 business days.
