Email Configurations

Emails sent from LCvista will be sent from a standard LCvista address, no-reply@lcvista.com. Organizations will have access to add a friendly-from name to emails, along with the ability to designate a reply-to email address.

To modify your organization's friendly-from name, or the reply-to email address, please visit Settings and the Organization Settings tab.

Both fields are accessible to administrators under the Email Settings section.

Reply To

This is the email address where all replies will be sent. If a value is not provided here, we will default to your organization's configured send from address.

To add a value to the Reply to field, access Settings and the Organizations Settings tab.

Within Email Settings, populate this address within the Reply to field.

Friendly-From Name

This value will prepend to your Send From address.

  • Example: “My Friendly Name<no-reply@lcvista.com>”

You will be limited to 25 alpha-numeric characters, where special characters will not be allowed. A friendly name will only be visible if entered by administrator.

To add a value to this field, access Settings and the Organizations Settings tab. Within Email Settings, populate a value within the Friendly-from name field.

Outgoing Email IP Addresses

LCvista sends email through the Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Some IT departments require configurations within your network to prevent messages from being marked as spam. Please work with your IT department to determine if they require the IP addresses to ensure deliverability for your organization.

Emails from the LCvista application are sent from a range of 13 dedicated IP addresses. LCvista cannot guarantee which of the 13 addresses will be used to send mail.

If required, your IT department can add the following IP addresses to an allowlist for your organization.
