How to Access the Content Marketplace

The Content Marketplace is integrated directly into the LCvista platform and is accessible to users with the appropriate permissions. This article walks you through how to find it, how to know if you have access, and what to do if you don’t see it.

Who Can Access the Marketplace?

Access is controlled by your user role. You must have a role that includes Marketplace access to see and use the feature.

If you're not sure which role you have, contact your organization's LCvista administrator.

Where to Find the Content Marketplace

There are two main ways to access the Marketplace in your LMS:

Option 1: From the Main Navigation Menu

  1. Log into LCvista.

  2. Open the main navigation menu.

  3. Look for “Content Marketplace.”

  4. Click it to open the Marketplace interface.

Option 2: From Search Results

  1. Search for content in your library.

  2. If no matches are found, a message will appear with a link to browse the Content Marketplace.

  3. Click the link to view available Marketplace content.

What If You Don’t See the Marketplace?

If you do not see the “Content Marketplace” menu option:

  • Your account likely does not have the required Marketplace role.

  • Contact your LCvista administrator to confirm your role or request access.
