      Change Log - Migration Playbook

      This article will track the timestamps and specific changes made to the Customer Migration Playbook.

      Last updated 4/23/2024:

      • Edited Compliance section to include information on known locked carryover discrepancy. 

      Last updated 4/22/2024

      • Edited Compliance section to remove previous partial credit allowance discrepancy for Florida. Prolaera logic has been corrected and partial credit increments now match between platforms.  
      • Edited Compliance section to include the different jurisdiction reporting forms that are available to be added to your LCvista site. 
      • Edited Jurisdiction Profiles within the Data Syncs section to include updates on:
        • How birthdates will be populated for those jurisdictions that rely on date of birth to calculate CPE reporting periods.
        • A list of jurisdictions that require a license ID to be present in Prolaera in order for the jurisdiction profile to successfully sync over for a professional.

      • Edited Data Feeds via SFTP within the Integrations section to include relevant knowledge base articles for Non HRIS and HRIS data feeds.
      • Edited Programs/Sessions (Courses/Events) within the Data Syncs section to include information regarding newly added 'Visible to Admins Only' custom tags that will be included in the Course/Events data sync.
      • Edited Programs/Sessions (Courses/Events) within the Data Syncs section to include information regarding configuring your integrated providers. Once the integrated providers are configured on your LCvista site, the data sync will now include relevant Event launch URL and other applicable event data in the Session. 
      • Added Catalogs sync information within the Data Syncs section.
